Medicated Buttermilk :- Buttermilk is prepared by churning curd and is then infused with various herbs such as amla (Indian gooseberry), coriander, turmeric, neem, and sandalwood. The choice of herbs depends on the individual’s specific needs and health conditions.
Cooling the Buttermilk :- The buttermilk is cooled to a comfortable temperature to provide a refreshing experience during the treatment.
Pouring the Buttermilk: The cooled, medicated buttermilk is poured into a vessel with a small hole at the bottom.
Steady Stream: The therapist pours the buttermilk in a continuous, rhythmic stream onto the patient’s forehead (for head treatment) or over the body (for skin treatment).
